Elephants Livelihood Initiative Environment (E.L.I.E.) is a Local Non-Government Organisation (LNGO 864) dedicated to helping the domestic elephant population of Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia. We work primarily with the tribal Phnong (Bunong) peoples of Mondulkiri to help them, help their elephants. Our end goal is the betterment of the welfare and living conditions of the elephants owned by the Phnong.

Our mandate is focused on the development of veterinarian care, education and preferable employment opportunities, which is itself focused on the elephants that reside in the villages here. Our Current focus is on the development of our sanctuary ; The Elephant Valley Project.
